Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & ConfirmationProcess: All booking requests must be submitted through our private client portal or in writing to bookings@pinpointdelivery.co.nz. Bookings are confirmed only upon written acknowledgment. Coverage & Tiers: Pricing is tiered based on site zones (Areas 1–4) and job size thresholds (Small: Up to 8 units; Medium: 9–25 units; Large: 26 - 40 units). Single Address Scope: All quoted rates cover a single kitchen delivery to one property. Concurrent deliveries to multiple units require separate confirmations. 2. Standard Service Inclusions ($0 Extra) Dedicated Crew: Full 2-person white-glove offloading team included on every job. Placement & Protection: Direct placement into the designated ground-level room of choice. Includes custom blanket wrapping, soft-grip tie-downs, upright transport for tall units (2.7m cargo height), and heavy-duty tail-lift handling. Site Compliance & Proof: Site Safe certified operators wearing full PPE, with pre-arrival communication and digital photo proof of placement upon completion. 3. Rates, Surcharges & Access GST & Variations: All listed rates are exclusive of GST. Deliveries outside Areas 1–4 are charged at $190 + GST per hour plus fuel surcharge. Fuel Adjustment: A 13.9% fuel adjustment fee may apply for deliveries within 50 km of central Christchurch. Site Access: Standard rates assume clear, full vehicle access at ground level. Non-standard access (stairs, multi-story, steep driveways) must be disclosed prior to delivery. Drivers reserve the right to refuse unsafe access points. 4. Cancellations & Site Readiness Notice Period: Cancellations >24 hours prior incur no fee. Cancellations <24 hours incur 50% of the job estimate. Cancellations post-dispatch incur the $190 + GST minimum charge plus travel time. Site Delays: If site access or goods are unavailable within 30 minutes of the agreed delivery window, the job may be treated as cancelled and full charges applied. 5. Liability & Risk Carriage Terms: Goods are carried at Limited Carrier’s Risk under the CCLA 2017 (liability capped at $2,000 per unit or service cost, whichever is lower).Completion: Pinpoint 2023 Ltd assumes no responsibility for property after photo-confirmed placement on site.
